The visit begins at Bodegas Castaño, with a guided tour of the winery and an explanation of the philosophy of a family-run estate deeply connected to the land. The experience continues with a walk through the Monastrell vineyards, highlighting high-altitude viticulture, soils, and the continental climate that shape the character of these wines.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 4 Castaño wines, selected for their expression of Monastrell, accompanied by cured meats and cheese from the Murcia Designation of Origin.
