LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION CHRISTMAS DRAW YECLA WINE ROUTE 2022
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE COMPETITION
The Yecla Wine Route company with address at Plaza Mayor s/n and identification number G73667966 organizes the national contest-draw for promotional purposes (hereinafter, “the Contest ”), to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users who have participated and are of legal age. in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation section.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Contest will begin on December 26, 2022 and will end on January 8, 2023.
Two raffles will be made weekly among the photographs received from Monday, December 26, 2022 to Sunday, January 8, 2023. The first will correspond to the photographs received between December 26, 2022 to January 1, 2023 and the second will be received between January 2 and January 8, 2023.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE CONTEST
The participation requirements will be the following:

Those people who take a photograph in an establishment on the Yecla wine route may participate.

Only those participants who are of legal age can participate.

The personal data with which the participants fill out the registration form must be true data and will serve to contact the winners.

Participants may participate with a single photograph in each raffle.
4.- SUBJECT OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS
Only photographs taken in establishments belonging to the Yecla Wine Route will be valid. Photograph a Christmas detail, your friends celebrating Christmas, having a wine, having a wine tourism experience. It must capture some detail of the establishment that allows it to be clearly recognized, discarding those that cannot be appreciated.
The Yecla Wine Route Association reserves the right to eliminate any photograph that contains inappropriate elements for this contest or that do not conform to the theme.
5.- FORM OF PARTICIPATING
The photographs will be sent through our website .
It is mandatory:
a) Identify yourself with your name, surname, email and telephone number. Participants who have not indicated it will be discarded.
b) Identify the name of the establishment from where the photograph is taken.
c) Be of legal age.

6.- PRIZES
2 winners will be chosen by random drawing among the photographs received during the week.

1st Draw. Photos received between December 26, 2022 and January 1, 2023 will enter. Draw, January 4, 2023

2nd Draw. Photos received between January 2 and January 8, 2023 will enter. Draw, January 11, 2023
The draw will be carried out automatically and randomly through software. A user may only participate once per draw. Draws will be held on the following Wednesdays.
Each of the two raffle winners will receive a 1 batch of Yecla Wine Route products.
7.- RIGHTS OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS .
Participants may only submit copyright-free photos with the permission of the people in the photos. 8.- OBLIGATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS.

9.- LIMITATIONS
If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from The Contest, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.
The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
The Yecla Wine Route Association reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior legal communication, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of awarding the prize, to make any reasoned claim. The Yecla Wine Route Association reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the award for another with similar characteristics.
10.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will they allow comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in The Contest, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
11.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
