If culture is your thing, archeology can travel through time by visiting the Cayetano de Mergelina Archaeological Museum , divided into four cultural fields: Prehistory, Protohistory or Pre-Roman, Romanization and the Middle Ages. Admire especially the most outstanding piece: the Bust of Emperor Hadrian . You can visit it from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 to 13:30 except from August 10 to 18, which will remain closed.
You can also visit the Sanctuary of the Virgen del Castillo and its Mariano Virgen del Castillo Museum to learn more about the Patron Saint Festivities. You can visit it throughout the summer from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Observe the most beautiful sunset at the Mirador de la Molineta , where you can see the blue and white colors of the Purísima dome.
