This Monday and Tuesday the Wine Tasting Seminar of the Protected Origin DO of the wine of Yecla took place in charge of the Enologist and Agronomist Daniel Giménez Alba for companies and their workers of the wine route of Yecla within the continuing education program that the Wine Route of Yecla is carrying out with the aim of improving the experience our customers feel when they discover us.

In the two-day seminar, a wide range of concepts has been addressed around our wines, the winemaking environment, approach to tasting and, above all, aspects related to the wine service: corkage, types of cork, conservation, temperature service, delivery, suitable drinks, etc. A seminar designed to learn in a simple, dynamic and fun way.
