It has very elegant and integrated wood notes that do not cover its intense fruity flavor. It is well balanced, fresh, with elegant soft tannins and good acidity. Long and very well structured.
Castaño Macabeo Chardonnay 2016
Yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose stand out perfectly assembled, the marked aromas of the varietals, white fruit (pear, apple) and amylic notes (banana, pineapple). The palate is complex, very sweet, but soft and fresh, with good structure and balance in a long and pleasant finish.
Castaño Monastrell Rosado 2016
Of a pale pale pink, in the nose it emphasizes the fresh red fruit (cherries and strawberry) with some dairy touch. The palate is soft, fruity and fresh. It is long and pleasant, with good final acidity.
