On the occasion of World Wine Tourism Day and in commemoration of it, the Yecla Wine Route organizes, on November 12 and 13 , the activities Noche Tinta and the Wine Tourism Marathon .
Ink Night 2022
To open the day of activities, on November 12, starting at 9:00 p.m. , we will have a concert-dinner in the heart of one of our associated wineries, where we will be able to taste the first Monastrell wines of the year in a unique atmosphere. .
Bodegas Barahonda will be the chosen place and the musical group " Indiscretos ", with the best versions of Pop Rock and Spanish Indie, will be in charge of putting the musical point to the evening.
The ticket price will be €38 and tickets can be purchased from next Sunday, October 30, and while supplies last, through the website murciaturistica.es. We will also have a bus service to travel back and forth from the town center to Bodegas Barahonda. The price is €7 and the place of departure will be from Bodegas La Purisima.
Wine tourism marathon 2022
Sunday morning, November 13 , starting at 10:00 a.m. We will have the Wine Tourism Marathon , a gastronomic wine tour through the wineries and establishments associated with the Yecla Wine Route to continue tasting wines, oils and typical dishes of our city.
The route established this year will be:
- 10:00 a.m. Finca El Espinal (Castaño Wineries) . First wines 2022 from Bodegas Castaño and tapas from Rte. Aurora - Hotel Avenida.
- 11:30 a.m. Evine Cellars . First wines 2022 from Bodegas Evine, oils from Almazara Deortega and tapas from Carnicerías Carmelo Puche .
- 12:30 p.m. Bodegas La Purisima . First wines 2022 from Bodegas la Purísima and libricos from Libricos Yecla .
At each of the stops , a lot of typical RVY products will be raffled among the attendees , and, for only €7 more, we will have a bus service to cover the entire route, which will have Bodegas La Purísima as a meeting point.
The total price of the marathon is €22 per person and for €4, you can get your glass and glass holder from the Yecla Wine Route to carry comfortably throughout the tour and take them home as a souvenir.
