LEGAL BASES OF PARTICIPATION PHOTO CONTEST
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE COMPETITION
The company Yecla Wine Route domiciled in Plaza Mayor s / n and identification number G73667966 organizes for promotional purposes the contest-raffle (hereinafter “the Contest ”) nationwide, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users who have participated and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation section.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Contest will begin on February 18 and end on March 15, 2020.
Weekly there will be a raffle between the photographs received from Monday to Sunday . The draws will be on Tuesday , February 25, March 3, March 10 and March 17 .
3.- PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPETITION
The participation requirements will be the following:

Only those participants who are of legal age may participate.

Participants may participate with only one photograph in each draw.
4.- THEME OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS

6.- AWARDS
2 winners will be chosen per random draw among the photographs received between the Monday and Sunday prior to the draw:

If it is evidenced that any of the participants does not comply with the requirements demanded in the Terms, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Contest, losing all rights over the prizes awarded under of this Promotion.
The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
The association of the Yecla Wine Route reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior notice in legal form, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.
