UMBRA forest essence , created by Almazara Deortegas in collaboration with Murcia chef David López, of Local de Ensayo has been recognized with the 1st PRIZE in the World Olive Oil Exhibition , in the second edition of the Delicatessen with Olive Oil Awards, prizes that They aim to recognize the quality of those products that use olive oil as the main ingredient.

UMBRA essence of forest is a very special seasoning made from ecological extra virgin olive oil Cornicabra Deortegas, wild mushrooms, cultivated, aromatic plants, purple garlic and natural extract of moss. A condiment that concentrates all the flavor of the mushrooms, the earth, the humidity of the forest and the aroma of the plants that coexist in perfect symbiosis.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, March 27 at 11.45 in IFEMA-Madrid.
