On Sunday morning, 10 November, from 10:00 a.m. on the occasion of the International Wine Tourism Day, we will have the Wine Marathon, a gastronomic journey through the wineries and establishments associated with the Yecla Wine Route to continue tasting wines, oils and typical dishes of our city.
The route established this year will be:
10:00 h Finca El Espinal (Bodegas Castaño). First wines 2019 from Bodegas Castaño and tapas from Peña Taurina Bar and Los Chispos Restaurant.
11:30 h Oil mill Deortegas. First wines 2019 from Bodegas Evine , oils from Almazara Deortega and tapas from Butcher shop Carmelo Puche.
12:30 h Barahonda wineries. First wines 2019 from Bodegas Barahonda and booksellers from Yecla Libricos.
At each of the stops a lot of typical RVY products will be raffled among the attendees, and, for only 5€ more, we will have a bus service to make the entire tour.
The total price of the marathon is 15 € per person and for 3 €, you can get your glass and porta-cup of the Yecla Wine Route to take it comfortably throughout the tour and take them home as a souvenir.
Tickets will be on sale soon. They will be available at the Yecla Tourist Office, at the Libricos Yecla shop, or on the murciaturistica.es website until stocks last.
