In Hotel La Paz you will find different gastronomic experiences, all of them influenced and inspired by our gastronomic trips, which are strongly marked by our enormous desire to learn, train and assimilate concepts. That then allow us to offer unique experiences to our customers, in our varied catering offer.
With Inspirations brought from Italy (Florence) by the hand of Pastry Master Simone Bellesi, a great friend and teacher of which we are very influenced by his traditional, thorough and traditional elaborations of Ancient Italy.
Another source of influence for us is, of course, Mediterranean Cuisine, paying tribute to its shores so close to Yecla, we love and pamper the product from the sea, direct from the Fishermen's Association of Santa Pola to our kitchens.
Our gastronomic trips through Spain and Europe have influenced us a lot, inspire us and make us evolve towards a traditional market cuisine, but with avant-garde touches and without losing the passion for handicrafts and the selection of the best raw material.
