These visits are intended for individuals or very small groups of a maximum of 6 people - for each booking made - and the organisers have the right to cancel any visits that exceed this maximum.

During the guided tour, the minimum interpersonal safety distance of 1.5 metres must be kept, which will not be required in the case of cohabiting staff. The use of face masks shall be compulsory for the entire duration of the guided tour.
At the beginning of the guided tour, the guide will inform visitors about how the tour will be conducted, the route and the rules and/or possible restrictions that may apply, informing them of the relevant preventive and safety measures.

By making the reservation, the user is informed and accepts the security measures requested to minimise risks to COVID-19.
