At the first stop we visited the Espinal estate of Bodegas Castaño , where the first Monastrell was tasted in 2017. Restaurante Aurora prepared some zarangollos and some delicious egg crumbs that helped to combat the cold of the morning. It was carried out in the first draw of a batch of products from the Wine Route of Yecla.
