Bases and Conditions for the Photo Draw of the Wine Route and Tapa de Yecla 2016

  • Bases of the contest : Participation is free. The objective of the contest is to photograph this event, within the establishments, drinking the wine and the tapa alone or with friends within the days of the Ruta del Vino and Tapa.

  • There will be a raffle among the photographs received weekly . The draws will be on Tuesday 23, February and Tuesday 1, 8 and 15 of March.

    Only one photograph per contestant per week is allowed.

  • T eme : Only photographs taken in the establishments tasting the wine and the tapa will be valid .

Yecla Route Wine Association reserves the right to remove any photograph that contains inappropriate elements for this contest or does not conform to the theme.

  • How to participate : They will be sent by email to with personal information: Name, ID, mobile phone and email address .

It is mandatory:

a) Identify yourself with your name, surnames, email and phone number. Participants who have not indicated it will be discarded.

b) Be of legal age.

  • Dates of beginning and end of acceptance of photographs.
  • From February 17 to February 21, for the first draw.

    From February 22 to February 28, for the second draw.

    From February 29 to March 6, for the third draw.

    From February 7 to March 13, for the fourth draw.

  • Raffle : It will be held on Monday at the Tourism Office of Yecla between the photographs received until the Sunday before the draw, to which a number will be assigned.

  • Prize s : There will be two winners per draw who will receive a 1 lot of products Ruta del Vino de Yecla

  • Date of publication of the winners : The Wednesday after the draw will be published on the website:

  • Rights of photographs . Participants can only send photos without copyright and authorization of persons leaving the photographs r authorizes the Yecla Wine Route to publish the photographs on the website of and social networks: Twitter and Facebook within their accounts @RutaVinoYecla and @rutadelvinodeyecla respectively.

  • Obligation of the participants : The participants will be obliged to accept the rules of the contest and:

  • They can not send offensive or immoral photographs. Being the only responsible the contestant who sends them. Likewise, photographs that have been edited by means of software will not be allowed.

  • Do not send copyrighted photographs.

  • Provide the following personal information: Name and surname, email address and contact telephone number.

  • It is mandatory to be of legal age to participate .

  • Participate with a single photograph by lot. If several are sent, only the first one will participate, and the rest will be deleted.

The Wine Route of Yecla will cancel and erase the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or have ceased to be necessary or relevant for their purpose in accordance with the current regulations on Data Protection.
