The group of squares "Minerva" , together with Yecla Wine Route , the City of Yecla and the Association of Mayordomos will celebrate the ninth edition of the VIRGIN FEASTS OF THE VIRGIN ENVIRONMENTAL CERTAIN , which will take place on November 17 .

Along with the attached wineries, Bodegas Castaño, Bodegas Señorío de Barahonda, Bodegas La Purísima, Bodegas Evine and Bodegas Casa Boquera , the organization of the event will organize three events on Saturday, November 17.

BET FOR TRAINING

Among the activities developed by the Wine Route of Yecla are many activities aimed at coexistence, fusion between wines and cuisine, visits to wineries, ... A whole series of activities aimed at knowledge and discovery of wines and wineries of Yecla , and the tasting of tapas and typical dishes of our bars, restaurants and wine houses.

The organization of the contest has decided to define what will be the current focus that should characterize this event in the future. It is none other than the " Formation of the wine and hospitality sector of the city of Yecla" .

Our "Taste of Amateur Tasters" has among its objectives to spread the culture of wine and give notions to its participants of how to carry out a tasting . In addition to its competitive nature, like any contest, it has an important didactic character in the different tasting techniques.

In line with that training, this year we took up one of the activities we carried out in 2013 and 2014, a professional Master Class aimed at the wine and catering sector. Those years we could count on the presence of the restaurants with " Estrella Michelin " of the city of Alicante, Mª José San Román of the Monastrell Restaurant; and from the Region of Murcia, Pablo González Conejero from the restaurant "La Cabaña Buenavista". From the organization of the contest we see interesting to carry out the training to this sector, that contributes so much to our city, and that to a certain extent can help to complement and improve the service of restoration that is lent in Yecla.

The ACTIVITIES that will be held next November 17 will be the following:
