The 8th Wine and Tapa Route , organized by the Wine Route of Yecla in collaboration with the City Council of Yecla and the Regulating Council of the DO Yecla , proposes a gastronomic tour of 15 of the associated establishments, which have prepared succulent tapas for pair with the wines of the 4 associated wineries.
The route starts on February 19 and will close on Sunday, March 24, at a large party in the Parque de la Constitución starting at 12 noon.
The passports or credentials to carry out the route can be collected at any of the participating establishments from February 19 and deposited until March 23.

As in previous years, on Monday 25 (February), 4, 11, 18 and 25 (March) there will be two raffles of 1 lot of Yecla Wine Route products among all the people who have sent their thematic photos of the 8th Route of Wine and Tapa to the Easypromos web enclave that will be available in the passports, RR.SS and web of the Wine Route of Yecla:

The photographs will be published throughout the week on Facebook, and the drawings will be made only with the photos received from Monday to Sunday immediately before each draw.
The "ruteros" will have to stamp in each establishment the corresponding sheet in their credential or passport. Those who complete the route, can vote for their favorite tapa to choose the winning establishment of the Barrica de Oro 2019 and the establishment with the best service and attention to wine, depositing the credential in the ballot boxes that have been placed at each point. They will receive immediately a bottle of wine offered by the Regulatory Council. The establishments with the second and third best covers will also receive a special mention.
This year also, there will be thousands of draws for each tapa that you take on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of each week. It is a new prize format, in which with each cover you take these days, you will be given a ticket. Among all the tickets there will be more than a thousand hidden prizes: caps, bottles of wine, tapas, craft products, wine glasses games, discounts and many more prizes.
Among all the complete passports collected, two drawings will be made on the day of the closing. The prizes will be a VIP dinner for four people in the winning establishment and a getaway with accommodation included to another Wine Route in Spain.
During the closing party on March 24, starting at 12 noon, there will also be delivery of "La Barrica de Oro" to the establishment most voted by the "ruteros" as the best tapa 2019. There will also be raffles of products Ruta del Vino de Yecla among the attendees.
We intend that this closing will once again be a great celebration of wines and gastronomy and that the attendees will be able to taste, at very popular prices, dishes and tapas from our establishments, always accompanied by good wines from Yecla.
